– Membership can be paid in full up front or automatically deducted from your account each month.
– Membership programs are available on a month to month basis or in terms of 12 months. Promotional discount offered for a 12-month membership paid up front in full.
– Membership can be frozen at any time for any reason, for a minimum of 30 days and up to 90 days.
– Membership promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion.
– 24-hour cancellation notice is required or service(s) may be forfeited.
– Treatments can be rolled over to subsequent months for active members.
