Essential Balance Massage
Swedish style massage with synergistic essential oils that are applied to the body with a focus on acupressure points along the meridian lines. This treatment incorporates a unique combination of essential oil applied with soothing massage strokes in a sequential order with the intention to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit . This massage modality calms nerves, improves circulation, boosts immunity and soothes sore and inflamed muscles.

Swedish Massage
The most commonly used form of classical Western massage, generally performed in the direction of the heart, sometimes with active or passive movement of the joints. It is used especially for relaxation, relief of muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and range of motion.

Myofascial Release
A type of connective tissue therapy used in osteopathy to release physically restricted muscle groups. It is believed that chronic tension and trauma cause the fascia, which envelope muscle and its many layers, to become fixed in a particular position, known as a myofascial restriction. Manipulation of the myofascial tissue is believed to resolve the restriction. If you feel pain, stiffness, or lack of flexibility, then myofascial release may be the right treatment for you.
